Our On Call Wildlife Removal Process
We have a three step process to Wildlife Removal at On Call. Our process is designed to protect the animal and your home from further damage. We know your home is your largest investment. An unwanted visitor creating damage to your home and possibly endangering your family is never an easy task for a homeowner to take on. We encourage you to always call a professional when dealing with wildlife control in your home. Many of the animals that we deal with can become frightened and/or aggressive when they feel threatened. It’s important that you have trained technicians who understand each animal species and have the proper trapping equipment to safely remove an animal that feels threatened. We understand what a nuisance wildlife in your home can be. After your initial call to us, we quickly dispatch our team to be on site to efficiently deal with your wildlife removal.
Step 1: On-Site Inspection
Our process begins with a thorough on-site inspection. An on-site inspection is the only fair way for us to accurately assess your situation and give you an honest price range for the wildlife removal necessary for your home or business. During the on-site inspection, our technicians are inspecting for animal entry points, any damage created by the animal and evidence of how many living animals and/or babies may be present as well as any dead body animal removal. We want to ensure we evict ALL of the animals within your home. Leaving babies or carcasses behind doesn’t really finish the job and you can count on our team at On Call Wildlife Removal to finish the job entirely!
Step 2: Humane Trapping and Safe Removal
After a full inspection is completed, we will discuss pricing and removal options thoroughly with you. It’s important for our customers to understand the processes we take to protect the animal using humane animal removal while protecting your home and family. In some cases, our experts will not need to use traps. If traps are necessary, we will only use safe and humane traps. We do follow all wildlife control and animal removal regulations. If a trap is needed, our wildlife specialist will locate the travel point or entry point used and place the trap on a flat and sturdy surface. Once the animal is trapped, our specialists will remove the animal from your property and travel to a pre-determined location to release the animal safely. We have safely removed and worked with:

Step 3: Full Clean Up & Repair
Once our wildlife control team has safely removed all animals from your property, our cleanup and repair team of service technicians can begin their work. During our on on-site inspection we will locate all entry and exit points, locate feces and any additional debris, and take pictures of all damages caused by your visitor.
We will discuss our steps of cleanup with you, as well as discuss all repair options before they begin so that you are fully informed of everything our team is doing inside and outside of your home.
